A. S. The main objective is to generate a tool to identify, qualify, evaluate and implement treatment measures and monitor the risks that exist in each process and that are linked with strategic planning. The work was referenced in accordance with the Colombian technical norm NTC-ISO 31000 and the Risicar method, regarding conceptual considerations, and the Monte Carlo simulation method was used for statistical simulations. Regional campaigns were promoted to reduce this type of corruption among students, but the issue persists. Although previous research has been conducted on this topic, there are no studies that estimate the risk of academic corruption or provide a risk management strategy to control this problem at universities. Am I at risk?” Using simple language in an open and transparent conversation with experts, this session has been the ideal space for the convergence of science and society. This activity requires a framework that defines the structure, roles, responsibilities, policies, risk appetite and the integration with strategy and organizational management. The main goal of this article is to describe how some large Colombian private companies do their strategic risk management. Qualitative methods were used and five semi structured interviews were conducted with leaders in strategic risk management from large energy, brewing, food and soft drink companies. One of the main findings was the importance of an integrated strategic and risk managment in the companies, so as to mitigate the impact of negative events and take advantage of the timely identification of opportunities. It was also found that thorough qualitative and quantitative information available in the analysis of risk helps to reduce existing uncertainty.
