Ítem Análisis de viabilidad "Centro de Rehabilitación SPA"(2019) Giraldo Prado, Juan Diego; Guerra Álvarez, EduarThe research work aims to analyze the viability of a rehabilitation center based on the research carried out by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, which shows that the establishment of centers for addicts in Colombia is necessary. The viability analysis is made up of the legal-administrative, technical-medical, marketing, environmental and financial study. Emphasis is placed on the financial part by applying the knowledge acquired in the Master of Financial Administration, being used as a support for the degree project and as a preinvestment phase for its subsequent realization. According to Orozco in the book Financial Evaluation of Projects, an investment project can be described as a plan, which if assigned a certain amount of capital and provided with inputs of various types can produce a good or useful service to society (Orozco, 2010).Publicación Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un club house para el adulto mayor(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Gómez Ruiz, Claudia Andrea; Sánchez Sánchez, Emilio Alberto; Arango Aguirre, Juan ManuelThe study and analysis which were carried out in this paper assessed the feasibility to create a Club House for senior people in Bogota city or a nearby town. This paper consists of a marketing study to determine the offer and the demand. The methodology used was based on primary and secondary sources such as statistics investigation on the population in Bogotá, market analysis, a survey of a population group in Bogota and an interview of a three-person group. A technical study was also made to determine the business operation, the services portfolio, the fees, the size and the location of the enterprise. A legal study was developed to determine the local regulation framework. Lastly, a financial assessment was developed on based on a cash flow projection up to ten years and the calculation of VPN and TIR financial indicators; to determine the sustainability and the profitability in long term of the initial investment. As a conclusion of the feasibility study, the business proposal of a Club House for Senior people is viable, will provide well-being to its clients and will meet the investors’ expectations.Ítem Estudio de pre-factibilidad para el diseño e implementación de una aplicación tecnológica en las empresas de transporte de carga en Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) García Pérez, David Andrés; Ortiz Cardona, Edwin Germán; Villegas Flórez, Juan CamiloThe demanding competitiveness in the industry and the economy demands the creation of new technologies and business processes as well as their application in supply chains, traditional and new, in which the transport sector is closely linked with its different processes. Due to the delay that affects the transporters to meet the needs of the placement of cargo vehicles, there is an inefficiency of time; the documentary registration processes in each company are slow for the current logistics needs, and they require a more agile management. In these frequent changes, in which the transport economy requires new challenges and practical solutions through technology, a pre-feasibility study is provided. Such study includes an analysis that allows the design and subsequent creation and implementation in the market of a mobile application. This technological tool will improve the time in the creation of the resumes of the carriers in the companies supplying different types of land cargo, in order to promote an optimization in the times and costs related to the transport where there are multiple variables, many of them of high relevance, but with little attention and measurement. The implementation of the UNIDO methodology, consisted of a study of the agro-industrial sector of cultivated cannabis for medicinal purposes as an alternative to improve the quality of life of people with high-cost diseases, given the issuance of Decree 2467 of 2015 by the Colombian government and recently, Law 1787 of July 6, 2016, where the cultivation, production, and marketing of cannabis for medicinal and research purposes is approved. This study includes the profile and the context analysis about aspects: legal, market, technical, environmental, and organizational.
