    The paper presents a description of the internationalization process of health care institutions given the growing importance of the service provided by these companies, which are determined by identifying the key factors of success that were established through a comparative case study -- Among the factors analyzed are related to the external environment of the company as economic, regulatory and technological variables, as well as some internal variables of the company such as size, years of experience and the breadth of the line of services offered -- Emphasis is placed on the importance of the internationalization mode chosen by an industry company for a successful insertion in the external market, and finally, the strategies for the internationalization process are described
