    This research project focuses on the design of a tool to evaluate risk management in construction companies in the department of Risaralda, especially those that have processes in the investment stage of projects. The objective is to provide a structured guide to help companies identify, analyze and classify the risks inherent to this critical phase, considering aspects such as financial, technical, legal, environmental and safety risks. The importance of this tool lies in its ability to offer a comprehensive view of risks, as it facilitates informed decision-making that contributes to mitigating negative impacts and improving the resilience of companies in the face of the dynamism and complexity of the current environment. The results obtained indicate the tool's effectiveness in identifying critical risk areas and establishing a solid basis for future mitigation strategies. This study represents a significant contribution to the construction sector in Risaralda, since it provides companies with a practical and adaptive instrument to strengthen their risk management in the investment stage.

    In the current landscape, programming is becoming increasingly relevant, and its teaching has expanded beyond traditional computer science disciplines. This growth has led to the inclusion of introductory programming courses in a variety of university programs, addressing the growing need for digital skills. Learning to program involves developing problem-solving skills and algorithmic thinking, which require effective tools and adequate support for students. However, selecting appropriate tools can be challenging due to the plethora of options available. This study focuses on analyzing and proposing a framework for the implementation of programming labs in university contexts, aiming to facilitate the selection and application of more suitable teaching tools.
