In this way, it tends to establish the effectiveness in organizational measurement related to aspects such as management capacity and identification of organizational social competencies. It is worth mentioning that this research work arose from the current need for organizations to create, use and promote the identification of managerial and administrative gaps, from which it seeks to develop projects, strategies and guidelines, among other methodologies, that strengthen, promote, generate and / or drive the growth and sustainability of an organization or company. Consequently, it is expected that the results allow to infer the strengths and weaknesses in the data obtained in accordance with the fulfilment of the objective of the ICO + R format. Thus, the analysis of the effectiveness of the format facilitates the establishment and identification of the management capacities and competencies of social organizations.Publicación Aplicación del método del Retorno Social de la Inversión (SROI) al programa de aprovechamiento comercial de hongos amazónicos en Concordia, Inírida-Guainía(Universidad EAFIT, 2025) Méndez Muñoz, Francy Liliana; Echeverri Hernández, SantiagoThe objective of this study is to determine, measure, and communicate the social and environmental impact of the Commercial Use of Amazonian Mushrooms Program in the indigenous community of Concordia, Guainía. This information primarily aims to strengthen transparency and trust among the stakeholders involved in the program, including funders, by providing them with a high-value informational resource for their organizations. The study will clearly reflect the impact generated in the intervened community, particularly in social and environmental aspects. On the other hand, this study will be of utmost importance to the indigenous community of Concordia, as it will provide them with a tool for decision-making, attracting new investors, and consolidating a positive image by demonstrating efficiency and responsibility in the use of acquired resources. It is expected that this document will serve as a starting point for the indigenous community of Concordia to project its future while also identifying opportunities and areas for improvement. To gather the data, the Social Return on Investment (SROI) methodology will be applied to the Commercial Use of Amazonian Mushrooms Program in the indigenous community of Concordia, Guainía. It is worth highlighting that this program is in an advanced stage of implementation within the Concordia community, with plans to expand its reach with the implementation of the prototype cultivation system in other parts of the Inírida municipality. For the construction of this study, information will be taken directly from the population of the Indigenous Community of Concordia to reveal the impacts achieved during this period, thus lending dynamism and reliability to the final results. This will also expose the differential dynamics that concern work in territories with ethnic populations. It is vitally important to begin opening critical dialogues to transform the inequality gaps within communities. This will require initiatives that stem from the territory and its people, from local experiences that deserve to be replicated, as well as from experiences that were unsuccessful and should not be repeated or, if necessary, transformed. This is achieved by documenting and generating reliable information available to the general public.Publicación Aspiraciones, habilidades de aspiración y desarrollo local de la comuna 13 de Medellín, Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Castaño Osorio, Paulo Augusto; Vargas Sáenz, Mario EnriqueAs a student of the Master's Degree in Management of Social Enterprises for Social Innovation and Local Development, Paulo Augusto Castaño Osorio actively participated in the research "Vamos siendo: Aspirations, Aspiration Skills and Local Development", promoted in agreement between the EAFIT Social Studies Center and the University of Verona, with field work in Moravia (Comuna 4), El Faro (Comuna 8) and San Javier (Comuna 13) in the city of Medellín, with the purpose of identifying through research how aspirations and aspiration skills contribute effectively to sustainable processes of local development. The work is based on the premise that organized collective action is essential to counteract growing individualism and social inequality, and that CSOs are key actors in building more just and democratic societies. The research asks, with urgency and empathy, what capacities these organizations need to strengthen to not only survive but also lead processes of change. What factors weaken them? Why, despite their commitment, do they continue to be neglected? At a time when international cooperation is declining and challenges are multiplying, this work seeks answers that dignify their work and recognize their role as essential actors in the social fabric.
