    Estudio de satisfacción de los empleadores de Salud Total EPS-S en la usabilidad de herramientas tecnológicas en la ciudad de Pereira para el año 2019

    Research objective: To explore the satisfaction of employers who use the technological tools of the HPE (health promoting entities) in order to generate improvements in these tools. Research question: What is the degree of satisfaction of employers of Salud Total HPE in the usability of technological tools in the city of Pereira for the year 2019? Methodology: The present research is qualitative (descriptive method), based on information gathering techniques, such as an interview that allows to know the experience of employers versus the service as an added experience, for which, eight companies from different sectors were interviewed, one call center, two companies in the textile sector, four service providers and a private security company. Results: The results allowed us to have an understanding of the objective market of study and to evaluate the expectations and needs that were characterized by the demand for new functionalities.
