    Estudio de prefactibilidad para la creación de un restaurante de gastronomía llanera en la ciudad de Bogotá

    The objective of this degree work is to conduct a pre-feasibility study for the creation of a restaurant of llanera gastronomy in the city of Bogotá, Colombia. The purpose of the study is to determine its opening through the implementation of the UNIDO methodology, with all its components (sectorial, marketing, technical, organizational, environmental, legal, financial and risk), and focused on thematic restaurants and their possible implementation. Therefore, culinary preferences in typical foods and theme restaurants are highlighted around potential clients belonging to strata 4, 5 and 6 in the northern area of the city of Bogotá. According to the results obtained, the study will be answered and it will be determined if this project is feasible for its implementation.
