Ítem La aplicación del Plan Integral de Reparaciones a las mujeres víctimas de violencia y violación sexual durante el Conflicto armado interno(2018) Soriano Parimango, Elena Noemí; Vargas Sáenz, Mario EnriqueThis research follows a qualitative paradigm and explores the perception of the implementation of the Integral Reparations Plan - PIR - in four women victims of violence and rape during the internal armed conflict that affected our country. In addition, they explore their inclusion in this public policy, their satisfaction about the benefits they receive, how they assess the care provided by the Reparations Council and what their level of resilience is to face what they suffered and overcome their consequences. Their vision is complemented by the collection of information on workers of the High Level Multisectoral Commission and the Reparations Council. 3 The results show that women do not feel included in this public policy and that the PIR has not been correctly implemented: There is a lack of budget and a process of decentralization and articulation for its execution is pending. Finally, the four women developed resilience compared to what was experienced, without this meaning that they do not currently experience difficulties or distress at different intensities.Ítem Estrategias de continuidad en la cadena de suministro en empresas de manufactura y sus retos frente a la COVID-19(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Corrales Estrada, Juan Manuel; Garzón Lasso, Fernando AlexanderÍtem Implicaciones del cambio climático en las operaciones de los puertos en Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Palacio Machado, María Camila; Pineda Toro, Oscar Maricio; Giraldo Hernández, Gina MaríaThis research work seeks to identify the effect that climate change has had on the operations of port areas in Colombia. For this purpose, an initial review of the concept of climate, its causes and the implications generated is proposed, not only in the economic and operational context but also in the social aspect. Subsequently, a characterization of the environment is made to recognize the vulnerability of the variables, how they interact with each other in the ecosystem and to identify what procedures exist to manage the threats that exist in the logistics processes. In this case, the conceptualization with respect to seaports becomes an important aspect to determine the benefits generated in the social, economic and environmental spheres. Finally, the impacts on the operations system are analyzed and a reference framework is described with various strategies implemented to help mitigate the impacts of climate change when these are negative or unfavorable.Ítem Metodología para evaluar la resiliencia de cadenas de abastecimiento (diseño y prueba piloto)(Universidad EAFIT, 2019) Restrepo Gómez, Luis Miguel; Villegas Ramírez, Juan GuillermoÍtem Relación entre riesgos estratégicos y ciberesiliencia en empresas fintech(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Palacio Valencia, José Andrés; Gómez Cardona, Ana María; Cáceres Cortés, Carlos Daniel; Corrales Estrada, Ana MaríaThe Fintech industry, which becomes every time more relevant in the world and in the Latin American region, bases its operation and strategy on information technologies, which is why risk management has become a main pillar of these companies. The rapid increase of technological adoption in the world, and the exponential exposure to cyber risks, makes the concept of cyber resilience increasingly relevant, as a response to specialized and more impacts associated with the materialization of these risks. This paper addresses, from the perspective of strategic risks, the concept of cyber resilience as a good practice to be implemented in the Fintech sector, specifically in Colombia. For this purpose, five case studies of Colombian companies in the Fintech sector are analyzed through a qualitative survey including the aforementioned concepts. This paper concludes that Fintech companies in the region, and mainly in Colombia, still need to reach a greater maturity for the incorporation of the concept of cyber resilience as a strategic element.Ítem Resiliencia y el desarrollo humano organizacional en una empresa del sector minero(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Gómez Morón, María Alejandra; Orejuela Gómez, Johnny JavierÍtem La Volcana- Lazos de Agua(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Mancilla López, Diego Alberto; Uribe López, Juana; Botero Rendón, Susana; Torres Acosta, LeonelWith the constant changes that have taken place in the world, pollution and the loss of ecosystem services have made us rethink the way we consume and build. Colombia, Medellín and EAFIT University are no strangers to these changes and are aware of the challenges and opportunities that exist in this regard. Today, La Quebrada La Volcana, located in Comuna 14, El Poblado, Medellín, is a necessary water resource for many actors and requires the will of different institutions for its recovery and conservation. This work aims to generate technical and social strategies around the Quebrada La Volcana on the University campus that will complement the EAFIT University Master Plan Update. For this work, a diagnosis of the Quebrada La Volcana along its entire route is carried out, specifying how it affects the different ecosystem services and the gaps in the management and planning instruments. Followed by the proposal of different technical and social strategies that respond to different selection criteria such as physical, environmental, and social conditions, which complement the short-, medium- and long-term update of the Master Plan of the EAFIT University, in its project to be "University Park".Ítem When do credits work for resilience?
