    This study aims to determine the technical, financial, and legal feasibility of creating a dark kitchen in the city of Medellín. Dark kitchens, also known as ghost kitchens, have emerged as an innovative business model in the gastronomic sector, responding to new consumer trends and the growing demand for home delivery services (Cunha et al., 2022). This work focuses on analyzing local market conditions, identifying the opportunities and challenges associated with this type of venture, and proposing viable alternatives for its implementation. Using a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach (Creswell, 2014), the characteristics of the dark kitchen will be designed, financial and operational requirements will be calculated, and critical factors that could affect its profitability and sustainability will be evaluated. The results of this research aim to provide a solid basis for decision-making and contribute to the development of innovative gastronomic ventures in the city.
