Ítem La Inteligencia Artificial aplicada al área de recursos humanos : una aproximación al estado del arte de la cuestión(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Rodríguez Hernández, Sandra Milena; Orejuela Gómez, Jonny JavierThe objective of this Systematic Literature Review (RSL) is to establish the state of the art regarding the use of artificial intelligence in human management processes. The method used is classified into four phases, the research of the study of documentary type, descriptive and bibliographic review. Among the findings, the advantages and disadvantages of the use of AI were identified, as well as the major concepts used in each of the investigations, another result was the type of study that was developed with greater prevalence, in the same way it was identified which were the instruments of information collection, the participating subjects and the main findings. In conclusion, the findings demonstrate the positive impact that AI has had on organizations when it comes to managing human capital and in the research community it has generated great interest in the ethical dilemmas that it entails.Ítem Modelo de gestión humana basada en procesos en Bulgatta S.A.S. para mejorar la calidad de vida a partir de la percepción de los trabajadores(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Sanabria Daza, Andrés Leonardo; Betancur Hurtado, Carlos MarioThe research article that is presented below, starts from the need to strengthen the restaurant sector, which is affected by different factors, among these, the low levels of experience and training of its workers, high level of turnover and the deficient level of competences. This leads to high risks of affecting the corporate image, in addition to the loss of competitiveness in one of the sectors in which the permanence of workers must be achieved in order to offer excellent customer service. From the above, it follows as a research question: what is the human management model that can be proposed in the Bulgatta S.A.S. organization to improve the quality of life of its members, but from the workers' own perception? Answering this question led to the main objective of proposing a human management model at Bulgatta S.A.S., to improve the quality of life based on the perception of workers. The research addressed the qualitative approach of a descriptive type, in which the development of an interview with the workers was taken as a research instrument with the aim of having a perception about the quality of life and human management in Bulgatta S.A.S. The conclusions are framed within the need to develop a human management proposal based on processes, in which elements such as integrating people, organizing people, rewarding and developing people, and retaining and auditing people are present. With this, it is considered that it would be feasible to solve several of the problems present in this organization and contribute to improving and strengthening its corporate image.
