To do so, semi-structured interviews are used as an instrument in a sample taken from retired staff that comprises different areas of the organization from a determined company. This will help Identify the factors that allow addressing the causes of the increase in staff turnover in the last two years, considering the particularities of the organization, which is based on the TEAL model. Currently, The Company lacks facilities and its entire operation is carried out virtually. In addition, the evaluation of the work environment reveals aspects such as an imbalance between family and work life which are closely related to stuff turnover, telework that entails high work stress levels and the flexible organizational culture, based on self-management that is sometimes confusing for collaborators. The field study will be carried out in the aforementioned company dedicated to sustainability and the natural environment protection, which develops compensation and consulting projects in the Colombian territory. It is in this context that the hypotheses raised are validated. It is proposed to deepen the investigation in order to identify the causes for the increase in staff turnover.
