Departamento de Ingeniería de Producción; Tecnologías para la ProducciónIn future industry, defined as Industry 4.0, production planning and control strategies will be executed by human beings backed by computational tools for decision making; One of these tools is shop floor simulation, and a natural scenario to learn about how to use it for productive processes design and control are the Learning Factories. In this paper, shop floor simulation is identified as a tool for planning and controlling production, also a state of the art about its implementation is exposed in academic and industrial environments. In addition, the trends in the construction of the Learning Factories are shown, and some aspects about how they can be used for shop floor simulation. This work also proposes the realization of a digital model in EAFIT University Learning Factory as a first step towards digital learning factory. This situation is evidenced by the migration from the biggest construction companies to other municipalities in the rest of the Aburrá Valley. This problem has a significant impact on the local economy, considering that the construction sector is one of the most important factors in its dynamization. The lack of new real estate projects in the city of Medellín has as a consequence an affectation that generates substantial unemployment in the sector, thus damaging not only the real estate sector itself but also the entire commercial and financial dynamics that goes in parallel with this important engine of the economy as already pointed out. In Colombia, the State seeks to promote urban development through tools such as “POT,” partial plans, master plans and many other figures that seek to generate urban development alternatives so that the different municipalities provide the builders facilities to intervene in their territory. By virtue of Agreement 048 of 2014 (Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial - POT of Medellín), for example, the District has intended that the city potentiate its growth through not only these figures but others that have sought to weave an amalgam of tools of different kinds in order to achieve this desired goal of organizing and properly planning this important city. However, during the last 10 years, a problem has become evident that since its genesis, with the agreement 62 of 1999 (the first POT of Medellín) was already seen coming. The purpose of this research is to analyze how planification tools impact the economy, growth and, in turn, the private law environment in local urban development. It is important to emphasize that, given the intention to restructure the POT in the 2024-2028 mayoral term, this project seeks to address an analysis as a whole with relevant proposals. This effort not only represents a significant objective for the undergraduate law students and those studying the emphasis in Urban Law at EAFIT University, but also a valuable contribution to the institutions and the city in general.Ítem Lineamientos generales para el Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial del municipio de Bello 2021-2033 en su componente estructural de Movilidad Humana y Sostenible(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Díaz Patiño, Diego Fernando; Llanos Zapata, Natalia; Escobar Blanco, Paola AndreaThis research proposes some general guidelines for human and sustainable mobility in the Bello municipality, from a government and public management perspective such as territorial planning and within the framework of the construction of the new Territorial Planning Plan 2021 – 2023 for the municipality of Bello, Antioquia. For this, it was necessary to review the current POT of the municipality, with which it was determined that although there are some notions of human and sustainable mobility, these are scattered or disjointed, allowing to verify that within this Government instrument; there is no tacit or explicit mention that demonstrates a management conducive to the fulfillment of a more humane and sustainable mobility in the territory. As a research methodology, a qualitative approach was used, which began with the revision of the theoretical framework regarding the mobility system and territorial planning as an instrument of Government. Likewise, some semi-structured interviews were carried out that made it possible to generate findings and results on the different dynamics of mobility in the city. As such, this work proposes the incorporation of general guidelines for human and sustainable mobility in the formulation of the structural component in the new POT and as a basis for its implementation and promotion in the territory. In the same way, this work proposes the articulation of human and sustainable mobility guidelines with global goals and strategies such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), with national regulations and with national, regional and local plans or instruments, which contribute to a more humane and sustainable mobility in the municipality of Bello.Ítem Maintenance policy optimisation for multi-component systems considering degradation of components and imperfect maintenance actions(Elsevier Ltd, 2018-10-01) Martinod R, R.M.; Bistorin, Oliver; Castaneda Heredia Leonel F.; Rezg, Nidhal; Universidad EAFIT. Departamento de Ingeniería Mecánica; Estudios en Mantenimiento (GEMI)This article proposes a stochastic optimisation model in order to reduce the long-term total maintenance cost of complex systems. The proposed work is based on the following approaches: (i) optimisation of a cost model for complex multi-component systems consisting of preventive and corrective maintenance using reliability analysis, which faces two different maintenance policies (periodic block-type and age-based) and (ii) a clustering method for maintenance actions to decrease the total maintenance cost of the complex system. This work evaluates each maintenance policy and measures the effects on imperfect maintenance actions. Finally, the proposed optimisation model is applied to a numerical example which focuses on passenger urban aerial ropeway transport systems, in which the current maintenance policy has been evaluated, considering the established by the international regulation of passenger aerial cable cars. © 2018 Elsevier LtdÍtem Plan de mercadeo empresa distribuidora Peto, Cartago – Valle del Cauca(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Quintero Gómez, Carlos Humberto; Sanclemente Téllez, Juan CarlosÍtem Plan estratégico para el área de canales de distribución de impresión y soluciones encaminadas al manejo de la información replicable a los socios de negocios de Ricoh(2019) Ramírez Rodríguez, Eunice; Escalante Gómez, Juan EstebanÍtem Planning and Sizing of Electrical Networks of Underground Distribution by Metaheuristic Method(Universidad EAFIT, 2019-11-29) Villacres, Fabricio; Inga, Esteban; Universidad Politécnica SalesianaThe introduction of new loads to the traditional electrical distribution systems can lead to the overloading in the power equipment. This on the sizing makes the useful life of the power equipment decrease considerably, in addition, the reliability and stability of the system begins to be compromised. Therefore, through the present investigation it is possible to solve the problem of the planning of electrical distribution networks by integrating the possibility of migrating from the concept of traditional electric networks to smart electric networks, the same ones that only electrical distribution systems of robust networks are achieved heterogeneous bidirectional communication. The present work focused on the development of a model capable of locating the distribution transformers in the best sites to satisfy the majority of users of the electrical network and obtain the best topology by applying the theory of graphs In addition, the presented model contemplates the development of a heuristic capable of executing georeferenced planning processes through the management and use of geolocated information from OpenStreetMap through the .osm file that this free platform offers us. The heuristic proposed in the present document is modeled using the Matlab software and to validate the information, the Cymdist software is required.Ítem Provincias administrativas y planificación de agua, bosque y turismo en el oriente antioqueño(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Gómez Hoyos, David Alejandro; Valencia Flórez, Dany Mauricio; Ramos Villa, María EugeniaProvince of Water, Forest and Tourism is a territorial entity that is made up of 12 of the 23 municipalities of Eastern Antioquia. The main objective of this article is to analyze the development model of the administrative province and the most effective means of implementing it so that said agreement is a success in the region. A descriptive-qualitative approach is used: five public servants participated (one mayor and four councilmember), who are interviewed to identify the most effective mechanism to be implemented in the administrative province. Eight questions were asked through a semi-structured interview. Among the research findings, the possibility of integrating various mechanisms is considered, taking as a reference the success case of the province of Cartama; It is necessary to bear in mind citizen participation, the creation of a regional planning council or provincial council, creation and acceleration of the common agenda, the execution of integral development projects, among other mechanisms that are detailed in the course of the text. Key Words: Province of water, forest and tourism; Eastern Antioquia, Law 1454 of 2011: territorial planning in province of Cartama; Mechanisms of implementation.
