    This directed work of degree develops a competitive strategic plan for the company Petrolabin S.A.S., seeking an answer to the highly changing market that is currently facing now and in the near future -- Thus, in the first part of the study, a theoretical framework is established that supports solid bases for conclusions and recommendations, which includes review of authors on topics such as: competitive environment, strategic capabilities and planning of competitive strategies -- It is important to mention that a quantitative model that allows the selection and prioritization of the announced topics will be reviewed, to finally explore the implementation of strategies and the alignment of the organization to achieve the proposed objectives -- In subsequent parts of the study, the same order of subjects is applied to the particular case that concerns us, deepening in them, based on the privileged knowledge we have of the objective organization of the study -- Through the study, we will apply a quantitative model for the competitive analysis of the company that is presented in the Theoretical Framework, which is considered relevant to facilitate the selection of a competitive strategy to follow -- Thus, the study not only will give conclusions and recommendations, but also will give prioritized strategies and a group of good practices that allow its future implementation, which is not part of the scope of this study
