    This degree work focuses on the optimization of project management in the Soling company, dedicated to the design, manufacture and installation of GRP tanks. The growth of the organization showed operational deficiencies such as delays, non-compliance and costs associated with non-quality, affecting customer satisfaction and process efficiency. The main objective was to improve operational efficiency through a value-added analysis, identifying critical activities and proposing strategies to optimize them. A methodology was used that classified activities into three categories: activities that add value for the client, those that do not add value, and those that add value for the organization. The results showed a 45% reduction in manufacturing process times, reducing production time from 82 to 45 days. The improvements implemented included optimization in the identification of needs in the commercial area, standardization of designs, implementation of verification tools and production training, in addition to strengthening alliances with suppliers to streamline logistics and dispatches. In conclusion, with the actions implemented, it is expected to improve response time and customer satisfaction, strengthening relationships with customers and thus consolidating a competitive value proposition for the organization.
