For this purpose, the use of research tools, office tools for information processing, and interviews were combined to validate the care processes based on their verification with the actors involved. The entire process was compiled and validated monthly, with a view to strengthening good practices and timely correcting the deviations that became evident. As a final result, the proposed improvement plan was achieved, based on the results of the areas of human talent, infrastructure and processes.Ítem Gestión de oportunidades a partir de la gestión de riesgos – caso de estudio Compañía de Galletas Noel(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Pérez Loaiza, Natalia; Ramírez Betancur, Alejandro; Bayona Carrillo, Juan Pablo; Villanueva Herrera, Eduart HumbertoThe objective of this research proposes to provide a characterization of the status of opportunity management in one of the largest food-producing companies in the country. The aim was to understand certain important criteria proposed by the literature on opportunities issues, such as integrated management of opportunities, understanding the concept of opportunity based on risk and the mode of treatment that should be applied to the opportunities found. This research is qualitative and exploratory in nature. In the theoretical framework, a documentary review was made on the way opportunities are managed at a global level, on how the subject is managed locally and on how the case study company has adapted the opportunity model to its activities. The collection of information in the field was carried out through a semi-structured interview, where eight leaders of the management systems answered a series of questions which generated results that showed the level of maturity of the company in both risk management as of opportunities. In addition, these results acted as foundations for the company in the elaboration of a development plan for opportunities management based on the creation of teaching modules that will make it possible to attack the shortcomings found.Ítem Plan de mercadeo Supermercado La 29 S.A.S(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Bustos Granados, María Alejandra; Valencia Herrera, Elizabeth CristinaEl presente trabajo estudia el entorno interno y externo del Supermercado La 29, tiene como fin desarrollar un plan de mercadeo basado en un análisis situacional y en las necesidades actuales de la empresa. Se plantean estrategias con el fin de incrementar las ventas, fidelizar los clientes actuales, atraer clientes nuevos y así fortalecer el posicionamiento del supermercado con el fin de contribuir a mejorar la rentabilidad en un 25%. Las tácticas de marketing que se aplican son oportunidades de mejora en cuanto a precio, clientes, comunicación y rentabilidad, las cuales son aplicadas desde las percepciones de los clientes teniendo en cuenta las fortalezas y las limitaciones que presenta la empresa. Los cambios de mejora que se harán en precio, rentabilidad, portafolio, tipos de comunicaciones entre otras son algunas de las recomendaciones que presenta el plan de mercadeo para obtener un mejor éxito en la compañía. El análisis realizado muestra unas oportunidades claras en cuanto a producto, precio y comunicación, las cuales son abordadas desde el consumidor como centro de las decisiones y considerando las fortalezas y limitaciones de la empresa. Los ajustes en el precio y rentabilidad de la marca, la ampliación del portafolio para cubrir diferentes puntos de precio y una comunicación que hable directamente a las necesidades del consumidor, son algunas de las recomendaciones que contempla el plan de mercadeo para capitalizar las oportunidades de la compañía. Este plan de mercadeo es de gran importancia para la empresa ya que las herramientas aplicadas están adecuadas a las necesidades del supermercado.Ítem Reconceptualizing opportunity construct: An answer to a theoretical dilemma through a systematic literature review(Universidad EAFIT, 2021-11-28) Yadolahi Farsi, Jahangir; Arabiun, Abolghasem; Akbar Farjadian, Ali; Universidad de Teherán en Teherán, Irán; Universidad de Teherán en Teherán, Irán; Universidad de Teherán en Teherán, IránAfter Shane’s seminal work in 2000 which highlighted the importance of entrepreneurial opportunities, the number of studies focusing on entrepreneurial opportunity increased rapidly. Different definitions of this concept were provided in the field, ranging from subjective to objective ones, which gave rise to a lack of consensus among researchers and this, in turn, was an obstacle that slowed down theorizing in entrepreneurship. Taking into account the past trends in management sciences, it seems to be the right moment to re-conceptualize the core construct of opportunity. The major critique of existing definitions is their operationalization. To provide a better operationalization, the present study aimed to offer a more accurate conceptual definition. To this end, the study first examined current debates on opportunity, which revealed the major problem causing the debates. Then, through a systematic literature review, from among more than seven thousand documents in the Scopus database containing opportunity keywords, 74 papers were selected following different phases of filtration. The papers were analyzed in detail to extract different constructs. Then, using the framework of Hansen et al, they were classified along six dimensions. The concepts under each dimension were examined to finally provide a bigger picture of the construct of opportunity and offer a re-conceptualization. The results of this study highlight the gaps for future research and pave the ground for other systematic literature reviews in the field.
