A review of qualitative, quantitative and mixed research published between January 2009 and August 2024 was conducted. Although certain potential benefits in the emotional, psychological and social domains are identified, it is not possible to conclude clearly on their effectiveness due to important methodological gaps in the reviewed studies. Further research is essential in order to determine the validity of family constellation therapy either as a possible complementary tool in psychotherapeutic accompaniment or as an enriching personal experience, without associating it with the clinical setting. For future research, there is a wide spectrum of possibilities that include exploring the causes behind the benefits observed in this therapy, the implementation of more rigorous methodologies and the realization of why benefits are found in this therapy, more rigorous methodologies and longitudinal follow-ups.Publicación Estilos de liderazgo percibidos y salud mental de los trabajadores de la empresa del sector constructor Convel S.A.S(Universidad EAFIT, 2025) Gómez López, María Teresa; López Arias, María Paula; López Gallego, Francisco DaríoPublicación Estudio de prefactibilidad para el desarrollo de una app móvil para promover la salud mental en Antioquia(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Torres Hormechea, Laura Vanessa; Gómez Salazar, Elkin ArcesioThe objective of this prefeasibility study is to evaluate the feasibility of developing a mobile application for mental health in Antioquia, Colombia. Given the growing concern about mental disorders in the world, it is necessary to explore solutions such as an innovative tool that provides support for people who face these challenges in silence. The population of Antioquia is increasingly concerned about mental disorders. To achieve a solution, the needs and preferences of the Antioquia population will be analyzed considering the socioeconomic and cultural environment. The research involves a review of the scientific literature on mental health, an evaluation of the current state of mental health in Antioquia and a market and competitive analysis of mobile wellness applications. Information will be collected on the perceptions that the Antioquia population has about mental health, technological habits and barriers to accessing mental health care. The final purpose is to design, develop and implement the mobile application as a technological option that contributes to the well-being of users. However, it would not be an absolute solution. Since the application cannot replace the professional care of psychologists and psychiatrists. The idea is perceived as a valuable complement for those who want to work on their emotional well-being. In this endeavor, direct action by the entity is often unfeasible, necessitating collaboration with other actors through public contracts that encompass the planning, delegation, and oversight of contractual objectives. Typically, planning emphasizes immediate concerns—implementing national policies, complying with legal mandates, delivering outputs, and ensuring the provision of contracted services or products. However, impact evaluation is seldom integrated into the initial phases of the process, hindering the assessment of whether the inherent goals of the strategies prompting intervention have been achieved or require redirection. In the health sector, there is a significant social responsibility toward beneficiaries of strategies aimed at realizing the right to health. Interventions focused on preventing and mitigating risks and harms associated with psychoactive substance use can facilitate access to services, promote more dignified living conditions, and guarantee the enjoyment of health. Listening Centers represent a strategic initiative in this context. This research proposes a methodology for evaluating their social impact, as implemented by the Medellín Health Secretariat.Ítem Principales implicaciones en la salud mental en contextos de confinamiento obligatorio en pandemia en un grupo de familias con niños de estratos 2-3 de Medellín, 2022(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Cardiles Romero, Valentina María; Salazar Mejía, Melissa; Zuluaga Aristizábal, Marda UcarisObjective.
