Nevertheless, to accomplish successfully those objectives organizations have to face various challenges in the processes to understand and overcome them. Through the realization of a structured questionnaire to a sample of 88 collaborators of a manufacturing organization, a group of collaborators has as a purpose of the study to analyze the challenges and implications of the implementation of the TPM methodology. The results of the questionnaire indicate challenges, demands and consequences noticed by them during the implementation of this model; the main results are associated with factors such as education and training, as well as the acquisition of new competencies and the commitment that the organization's management must have with the process.Ítem Educación Superior. This design was made from an initial diagnosis based on the requirements of resolution 2674 of 2013, of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection and through an interview to the Management, with the objective of analyzing the current state of the company which served for the analysis and construction of an administration and management model based on processes; moreover, a qualitative-type research was conducted on the topics in which the entire model was developed, including: the definition of the strategic planning, the process map, the respective prioritization, characterization and documentation of the processes that impact the strategy and all the structuring of the implementation, measurement and improvement plan. In addition, conclusions were drawn regarding the findings of the work and their bibliographic references. It was concluded that the implementation of a process management system will allow Food Care SAS to focus on customer satisfaction, its strategic focus, continuous improvement, and compliance with legal and customer requirements to achieve competitiveness and sustainability of the company.
