    This research project is carried out with the purpose of analyzing the obstacles for the exercise of effective leadership of human management in organizations of the marketing and advertising sector in the city of Bogota, the main idea is to analyze what factors are affecting the sector in this area and what strategies can be proposed to fulfill the purpose. The methodology of the research project is qualitative, and measurements will be made through interviews to leaders and directors of the area in the city of Bogota. They actively participate in these interviews by disclosing their different points of view on the activities they perform daily and the strategies they conduct to give their business a competitive advantage. Finally, the interviews are analyzed in order to know the value of what it means to implement human management, based on effective leadership in the marketing and advertising sector in this city.
