Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (UPB) is not immune to the great responsibility it has, to continue contributing to the transformation of a knowledge society. This research takes on the possibility of proposing organizational knowledge sharing strategies for research groups in the health sciences area of UPB Medellin; in order to generate good practices that in the future can lead to better results. The interest for this research merges from the need to improve the classifications, the results of calls for research, avoid reprocessing and properly managing the organizational knowledge generated by each of the groups.
