The purpose of this study is to identify these problems, analyze the possible solutions but also the perspective of the population under study, since it is clear that for a project to fulfill its objective and be efficient, the population must be willing to adopt it and the solution must be as pertinent and precise as possible. For a better understanding and study, the project will begin with the analysis of the second SDG, its implementation and respective legal consequences, as well as the impact and participation of the private sector to achieve the proposed objectives. It will also be essential to study Cocorná, its population and main characteristics of everything related to the agricultural sector. The analysis of the methodologies and their application in the population under study will also be part of the work and this part of the research will require interviews and field research in order to obtain first hand information that will be relevant when examining the legal consequences that arise from the application of these tools. It is expected that this work will end with the conclusion that after studying how the impact and compliance of a soft law standard works, the legal consequences of implementing the methodologies studied will comply with what is highlighted in the second SDG in its section "promoting sustainable agriculture", it will be contributing to the achievement of a soft law standard.Ítem El diseño del sistema financiero y su impacto en la economía análisis de impacto.(Universidad EAFIT, 15/10/1997) Maya, Maria CeciliaPublicación El impacto de la política monetaria y la política fiscal en un modelo de acelerador financiero(Universidad EAFIT, 2010-01-25) Botero García, JesúsEl presente artículo presenta un modelo sencillo de acelerador financiero, en el que a partir de la solución del problema de optimización intertemporal del flujo de renta del empresario en condiciones de competencia monopolística, es posible evaluar el impacto de dichos descuentos, así como también el impacto de la política monetaria, sobre el stock deseado de capital y la inversión deseada. En la sección siguiente se plantea el modelo general, de acuerdo al cual empresas que producen bienes diferenciados determinan un margen óptimo sobre costos en la fijación de precios. La sección tercera introduce la competencia de importaciones, y el impacto que sobre dicho margen tiene su precio. For this purpose, an initial review of the concept of climate, its causes and the implications generated is proposed, not only in the economic and operational context but also in the social aspect. Subsequently, a characterization of the environment is made to recognize the vulnerability of the variables, how they interact with each other in the ecosystem and to identify what procedures exist to manage the threats that exist in the logistics processes. In this case, the conceptualization with respect to seaports becomes an important aspect to determine the benefits generated in the social, economic and environmental spheres. Finally, the impacts on the operations system are analyzed and a reference framework is described with various strategies implemented to help mitigate the impacts of climate change when these are negative or unfavorable.Publicación Lecciones aprendidas de la implementación del módulo de gestión de proyectos de un ERP SAP para las nuevas instalaciones en una empresa de transporte vertical en Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Mesa Vanegas, Luis Javier; Garnica Baraza, Ernesto JoséThe implementation of a project module of an ERP system in a company is a complex and expensive process that requires an additional effort to be able to take advantage of its benefits into the organization, hoping to impact the profitability and efficiency of the business unit. Therefore, generating a compendium of lessons learned from the implementation process is a mandatory exercise that must be carried out to ensure better practices in future implementations. In this work, the results obtained after investigating and collecting stakeholder data based on surveys, interviews and panel of expert judgment work are evaluated and analyzed, resulting in the description of the capitalizations of shares implemented from the hierarchy and prioritization of lessons learned measured by the impact and probability of occurrence and generating final recommendations for the projects that will be in progress or are planned to be carried out in other branches of the company, as well as meeting points for projects with some relationship, which allows taking as a starting point the positive actions developed during this work and not to repeat common or typical errors of these computer projects.Publicación Medición de impacto con la herramienta del Retorno Social de la Inversión (SROI) en tres de los programas de la orquesta filarmónica de Medellín en el departamento de Antioquia(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Hernández Suárez, Jaime; Palacio Vélez, Sebastián; Echeverri Hernández, SantiagoThis project presents the Social Return on Investment (SROI) tool as a resource for social entities on the recognition of the impact made with the purpose of using the result to achieve allies. Specifically, an impact evaluation was carried out through the SROI in three of the programs of the Medellín Philharmonic Orchestra (Seasonal Concert – neighborhood concerts, Comfama Inspiration, Reconciliation Choir). This project proposes as a theoretical basis the Theory of Change and the Theory of cost-benefit analysis, in addition to the concept of Sustainable Development, primary information to conceptualize and evaluate the impact. For this SROI, information was collected from the databases of the Medellín Philharmonic Orchestra and assumptions were made based on information from the music sector in the department of Antioquia.Publicación Orquesta Filarmónica de Cúcuta : propósito y propuesta de su filosofía y modelo de negocio(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Hernández Suárez, Jaime; Lennis Cortés, Laura IsabelThis work proposes the creation of the new Philharmonic Orchestra of Cúcuta as a means of inclusion and social development around symphonic music. The purpose of this paper comes from the need to generate individual and collective profits in promoting cultural spaces for the cohesion of the North-Santanderean citizens, employment possibilities for professional musicians, and the consolidation of music as an essential factor of community development. Organizational fundamentals are presented as the result of this work. Consequently, the institution's philosophy and business model are developed from understanding the new orchestra as a transformative tool for promoting individual and collective identity.
