A., so the diagnosis was made with the collaboration of employees in order to identify the activities that may have a CSR model in the future, focused on the internal customer. The research was carried out through questionnaires, the DOFA matrix and multiple readings on CSR cited and referenced in due form in the document to find out how the company is doing in terms of CSR, what is the employees' perception of it and whether the company is socially responsible in accordance with the pyramid of basic human needs proposed by Maslow. The results obtained allowed to know the aspects to be included in a future model of Corporate Social Responsibility focused on the Internal customer for Diabonos S. In this way, the programs related to the SDGs were analyzed, under the administrative theoretical approach indicated to solve each purpose based on the research question and each one of the objectives, known as Ethos - Iarse indicators, which works four dimensions namely: Vision and Strategy; Corporate Governance and Management; Social and Environmental, each one develops analysis sub-items aligned to those that govern the Integrated Report. Similarly, an analysis tool or methodology that prevails in CELSIA as a follow-up to sustainability actions, provided by Nilsson, Griggs and Visbeck (2016), which contains a seven-level scale and allowed an approach between the SDGs and their level. compliance; Lastly, the Competitiveness Diamond methodology, in order to be able to more clearly identify the possible alternatives or proposals for programs or projects to be implemented as a social investment. The progress of an organization must be profitable, but also consistent, with the social and environmental actions that impact the community in which it is installed, which means the adoption of policies, regulations and execution of plans for the fulfillment of social expectations, monetary and environmental, since their actions are assumed in a scenario of co-responsibility and connection with the improvement of the quality of life of employees and the community in general. The Gran Colombia Gold company, with mining activities in the municipality of Segovia, has assumed, since 2013, through the Gran Colombia Gold Foundation, several CSR initiatives, which have meant, in addition to the large investment, a challenge for the successful linking of the community and the community, with a positive influence on their quality of life and their level of closeness to each of its inhabitants. This article examines the literature on women's participation in the labor market (Gasparini et al., 2015) and their participation on boards of directors in Latin America analyze their impact on firms' economic performance. The analysis includes an assessment of the economic behavior of major companies in Colombia, Chile, Mexico, and Peru using statistical clustering models and principal component analysis. Additionally, econometric models are employed to establish a causal relationship between the profile of women in leadership positions and economic performance measured through CSR. Different findings were obtained for each country, emphasizing the significance of women's experience and education in attaining leadership roles in these countries.Ítem La responsabilidad social empresarial y su incidencia en el desempeño de la organización : una comparación entre empresas colombianas(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Sánchez Clavijo, Marvin Alexis; Rosso Murillo, John William; Téllez Falla, Diego FernandoThe scope of the research is to determine the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and the performance of several Colombian companies that adopt this practice. For this purpose, financial indicators of a few Colombian companies that are not only listed on the stock exchange but also have socially responsible practices are analyzed. Likewise, the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) index score of the selected companies is analyzed. This establishes the way in which the company's social and environmental policy is a determining factor in the generation of positioning and profitability.
