Our special concern is responsibilization, emphasizing that participation through conversation generates commitment, inclusion and a sense of belonging in individuals. In the cases studied, we have privileged the analytical method, understood as the method of discourse analysis, which underlies the attitude of the professional who grounds his work on listening, analyzing and intervening. According to studies carried out by various researchers and stakeholders in the field, competitive companies have shown that it is in human talent that their true success is centered. This investigation was carried out in the company Red de Servicios de Occidente S.A, with its main office located in Quibdó, department of Chocó, which is dedicated to the commercialization of betting and games of luck and chance (chance), with coverage throughout the department. The general management of the human talent process was diagnosed in the following aspects: the ability to align the strategy of the process to the organizational strategy, analysis of the management in the different subsystems and aspects of organizational culture in order to define its own model for the company. It is a qualitative research. The methods for the collection of information: diagnosis, observation, semi-structured interviews, documentary review, development of activities in work teams, conducting surveys, analysis of historical data. These methods apply to the company's independent payroll staff and underwriters.Ítem Desafíos del área de gestión humana percibidos por los líderes de una entidad de salud de primer nivel frente del municipio de San Agustín, Huila(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Paz López, Paula Andrea; Orejuela Gómez, Johnny JavierObjective: Analyze results are the main challenges perceived by a group of leaders of a first level entity in the Municipality of San Agustín Huila. Method: A qualitative descriptive cross-sectional study will be carried out; The research design will be a case study based on semi-structured interviews with 9 professionals with people in charge and directly involved with the leadership of different areas. Results: The results allowed us to understand that the leaders of a first-level health entity have a perception of what human management brings with it challenges in: the organization and planning of the human management area, in the incorporation and adaptation of people to the organization, in the compensation, well-being and health of the people, in the development of the personnel and in the relations with the employee, for which they conclude and agree that for this area to act and develop in a timely and accurate manner, it is the presence and active participation of each one of them is important. Conclusions: It is evident that the perception of the leaders in the face of the challenges that human management has in the health entity, are linked to allowing them to participate in the creation and restructuring of the same, since they consider it essential that this area is adapted to reality and needs of the same.Ítem Función del área de gestión humana en el proceso de adaptación ante los cambios organizacionales derivados de la pandemia percibida por un grupo de trabajadores del sector minero en Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Martínez Soto, Miguel Leonardo; Santos Ávila, Víctor Hugo; Betancur Hurtado, Carlos MarioObjective. Analyze the role of the human management area in the process of adaptation to the organizational changes derived from the Covid-19 pandemic perceived by a group of workers in the mining sector in Colombia. Method. A qualitative descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out; The research design was a case study based on semi-structured interviews with ten (10) employees with a minimum of two (2) years of service. Outcome. The data obtained allowed us to understand the human management function in the employee adaptation process, its fundamental contribution to facilitate the implementation of strategies, measures and actions aimed at mitigating this unexpected impact of Covid-19 in mining companies in Colombia. It is shown that human management as a strategic partner helped the compliance and implementation of corporate measures in employees. Conclusion. It was evidenced that not only the countries were not prepared for this pandemic, the organizations were not oblivious to this impact, and the mining companies who maintain a system of security controls in place in order to have the operational dynamics of their processes, although the employees They perceive that human management was important in the adaptation process, employees have noticed the decrease in human management leadership once the implementation stage has been reached, they are manifesting that they feel alone in the final part if it could be said of the adaptation process in the face of changes organizational problems caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.Ítem Gestión de recursos humanos en la gestión de proyectos de organizaciones colombianas : paradojas entre la teoría y la práctica(Universidad EAFIT, 2019) Agudelo Pérez, Daniela; Betancur Hurtado, Carlos MarioThe growing globalization of the business world generates today, more than ever, the need to have the ideal intellectual capital in organizations that contributes to the achievement of established strategic objectives and the generation of sustainable competitive advantages over time. The management of human resources constitutes a mechanism of great importance for the orientation to this achievement. This research will contrast the use of four methodologies for project management: PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2 and Scrum, from the point of view of human resource management and its application in the management of projects of Colombian organizations. This leads to high risks of affecting the corporate image, in addition to the loss of competitiveness in one of the sectors in which the permanence of workers must be achieved in order to offer excellent customer service. From the above, it follows as a research question: what is the human management model that can be proposed in the Bulgatta S.A.S. organization to improve the quality of life of its members, but from the workers' own perception? Answering this question led to the main objective of proposing a human management model at Bulgatta S.A.S., to improve the quality of life based on the perception of workers. The research addressed the qualitative approach of a descriptive type, in which the development of an interview with the workers was taken as a research instrument with the aim of having a perception about the quality of life and human management in Bulgatta S.A.S. The conclusions are framed within the need to develop a human management proposal based on processes, in which elements such as integrating people, organizing people, rewarding and developing people, and retaining and auditing people are present. The companies have payroll management practices, which they must transform in order to comply with the regulations required by Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) through its resolution 00013 of February 11, 2021. Research problem: to investigate how the areas of human management can be part of the strategy of the organization and not an area that performs actions isolated from the organizational strategy. The research problem was oriented from the following question: What are the benefits of including personnel retention actions in the organization's strategy? Population: managers and directive personnel of the human management areas of eleven Antioqueñas organizations. Results: The results found were the opportunity to identify the perceptions of human management leaders regarding personnel retention actions and their relationship with the organizational strategy. What are the benefits of including personnel retention actions in the organization's strategy? The benefits arise to give continuity to strategic proposals and projects, through a group called key talents or critical to face the challenges of the market, where it is necessary to implement policies of re-tention and loyalty of personnel, to remain aligned, motivated and eager to continue in business, when the key talents are identified, recognized and included in the strategy, the retention process is constant, systematic, clear, visionary, will allow the organization to establish succession and career plans that will make viable the mobility of the company and people.
