The purpose of this study is to identify these problems, analyze the possible solutions but also the perspective of the population under study, since it is clear that for a project to fulfill its objective and be efficient, the population must be willing to adopt it and the solution must be as pertinent and precise as possible. For a better understanding and study, the project will begin with the analysis of the second SDG, its implementation and respective legal consequences, as well as the impact and participation of the private sector to achieve the proposed objectives. It will also be essential to study Cocorná, its population and main characteristics of everything related to the agricultural sector. The analysis of the methodologies and their application in the population under study will also be part of the work and this part of the research will require interviews and field research in order to obtain first hand information that will be relevant when examining the legal consequences that arise from the application of these tools. The study initially allowed to investigate the concept of soft skills according to the definition of various authors, for the establishment of consensus regarding the elements that make them up. Likewise, it allowed join people who belong to organizations from different economic sectors, which enabled a richer vision regarding the information collected. The research was carried out through the qualitative approach methodology; The type of sampling was intentional, through which ten (10) internship tutors who agreed to participate voluntarily in the research were interviewed. The above made it possible to know the perception that practice tutors have regarding soft skills as key factors for the work success of professional practitioners; identifying skills of an intrapersonal and interpersonal nature, recognizing their relevance to the success of the professional practice process.Publicación Habilidades blandas de líderes de equipos de proyectos del sector construcción : factores diferenciales según metodología dream teams(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Peak Lemos, Suzanne; López Gallego, FranciscoFor this research the aim was to establish if there is a leadership style and soft skills self-perceived and perceived that are linked to the dream team managers of project teams of three companies in the construction sector of the Aburrá Valley. In order to achieve this purpose, a research with a qualitative descriptive dream team methodology through the multi-case study method was proposed. The tools used to obtain the information were the Blake and Mouton or Managerial Grid Leadership (1964) Styles Test, and the Managerial Skills Inventory (2013). The research question was: Is there a leadership style and self-perceived, and perceived soft skills linked to the dream team managers of three companies in the construction sector of the Aburrá Valley? Some of the results showed that the primary soft skills related to dream team leaders are communication, motivation, and staff development. The coherence between the leaders' self-perception and the collaborators' perception represents a link in itself. The G12 is a group of 12 companies convened by Bancolombia to share, learn, and create synergies that accelerate sustainability among the participating organizations. Using a qualitative approach based on interviews with business leaders, key patterns, skills, and methodologies were identified that facilitate the integration of these strategic areas. The findings reveal that, although the connection between innovation and sustainability is emerging, it is not always intentional or structured. However, when these areas are aligned, they generate significant benefits, such as triple-impact solutions, strategy acceleration, and the creation of long-term sustainable value. The study also underscores the importance of leadership, soft skills, and systemic approaches in implementing initiatives, while identifying opportunities to strengthen collaboration within the G12 framework.
