    Estudio de factibilidad de proyecto de creación de empresa de reciclaje de llantas de gran tamaño

    This project carries out a feasibility study for a company start-up dedicated to the recycling of large tires in Medellin, in order to obtain Recycled Rubber Grain (GCR) and supply companies in the construction sector that use this material as an input in their production process -- The project will be carried out with an initial horizon of 10 years, the processing plant will be located in the municipality of Caldas, Antioquia, due to its closeness to Medellin and its strategic location -- The methodology followed by this study was based on secondary information on similar studies performed (bibliographic review of studies regarding the use of tires used in the country and abroad) and data from institutions linked to the country's environmental and economic sector (Ministry of Environment, Housing, and Territorial Development, DANE, Mayor's Office of Bogotá) -- To estimate the demand, prices and returns, it was decided to investigate the local market, and information was extracted on the amount of tires that are discarded annually in Medellin -- The authorized capital of the company will be $ 1,317,270,690 -- The subscribed capital will be 39% of the authorized capital, that is, $ 862,270,690 -- The capital paid will finally be the subscribed capital divided in equal parts for the three partners, that is, $ 285,408,650, this payment will be made by the time of the company´s constitution, whose corporate figure will be the Simplified Shares Corporation -- Finally, the company's financial statements are prepared with the aim of determining the feasibility and viability of the project
