Ítem Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa en Santa Rosa de Viterbo (Boyacá, Colombia) que exporte y comercialice uchuva en centros de distribución mayorista de Rotterdam (Países Bajos)(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Simmonds Galindo, Andrés Camilo; Niño Pérez, Angélica; Salazar Gómez, Francisco Javier; Giraldo Hernández, Gina MaríaThe present study was developed with the objective of evaluating the feasibility of creating a marketing company that exports golden berry produced in Santa Rosa de Viterbo – Boyacá to the Netherlands, through a mixed methodology with a research approach and the application of techniques such as : interviews, projections, cash flows, financial statements, focus groups, observations at the final marketing site of the product and interviews, with updated data from Procolombia, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Legiscomex among others. It is well known that the productive potential of Colombian fields is one of their least exploited key capacities, due to the low support of municipal, departmental and national governments in terms of free trade, trade agreements and management of tariff and non-tariff barriers, to bring the products throughout the year to different destinations around the world, which is why this project exposes the opportunity and potential of agricultural and industrial development for the export of exotic fruits such as golden berry. The SWOT, PESTEL and financial analyses are concluded in a positive way, generating the total viability of the project as an international marketer. Additionally, the importance of updated government information from both Colombia and the Netherlands was reiterated, due to exchange, legal and phytosanitary issues, the fundamental basis of the business.
