Caso de estudio: programa de pregrado en Ingeniería Industrial - Universidad EIA(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Rojas Londoño, Andrés Felipe; Vanegas Uribe, FelipeThe proposal of an Innovation Strategy for the management of the Student Experience in the Industrial Engineering undergraduate program at the EIA University, presents a literature review about the Student Experience, identifying elements that are part of this experience, and are used for the development of this project. With the definition of these elements, an Innovation Strategy for the management of the Student Experience is defined, which also considers theoretical models, definitions and elements of an Innovation Strategy, found in the literature review.
