    La compensación como medio de retención de personal

    This research proposes an integrated compensation strategy to reduce employee turnover by analyzing the needs and expectations of both the organization and its employees. Through a qualitative case study, key areas for improvement in compensation policies were identified, such as salary equity, benefits, and professional development opportunities. Integrated compensation goes beyond base salary, incorporating additional benefits and non-monetary incentives like recognition and development. This model aims to attract, motivate, and retain talent through a competitive package aligned with employee expectations. Additionally, it allows companies to adapt to changing market needs, create a positive work environment, and strengthen the relationship between employer and employee. Implementing an integrated compensation strategy not only improves employee satisfaction and engagement but also contributes to a sustainable competitive advantage, promoting organizational stability and productivity.

    This monograph analyzes some of the labor problems that may arise within entrepreneurial groups. Firstly, we explain the figure of entrepreneurial groups and the characteristics of their configuration; secondly, we discussed the disadvantages that arise when harmonizing the rules governing labor relations with the current commercial legislation on the types and presumptions of corporate control; thirdly, we will analyze the consequences of the improper exercise of the power of subordination on entrepreneurial groups. Finally, we will talk about the problems in the collection of claims caused by the liquidation of a company related to entrepreneurial group are.
