    Starting with the pre-feasibility analysis for the establishment of an agribusiness focused on the gathering and sale of biofortified cereals in the corredor seco of Guatemala. The technical, economic and social pre-feasibility of creating a company that provides nutritious and excellent quality basic foods to the market of suppliers of the School Feeding Program (PAE) in local educational institutions is evaluated. The pre-feasibility project will be carried out in the department of Chiquimula and in a context of high food insecurity and child malnutrition, biofortified grains represent an innovative and sustainable solution. This study is conceived as a sustainable proposal for the objective area and includes everything from research and development to the commercialization of biofortified grains.
