During the pandemic, schools and universities developed online learning platforms that enabled students to connect synchronously to their learning processes. Rapidly developing technological tools to enhance the student experience and guaranteeing the achievement of pedagogical goals became one of the main challenges for the global education system (Nacional, Challenges of Virtual Education / Distance Education, 2021). Since then, virtual education has acquired a fundamental role in people’s training, especially during pandemic times, when connectivity facilitated access to educational pathways. In addition, virtual learning has allowed both the education and business sectors to strengthen knowledge management and improve the skills of their employees through adequate online training. According to ManpowerGroup’s report on “Skilled Talent,” virtual education has helped restore business productivity across major sectors and has facilitated their growth and sustainability over time (Group, n.d.).
