On the other hand, markets and facilitates access for professional investors to projects with returns and risks different from the traditional ones, under a regulatory framework that protects the rights of those who participate. This exploratory-descriptive research shows some of the strategies used by real estate crowdfunding sites such as Prodigy Network. This company managed to capture those users who opted for collaborative financing, originating high impact projects in Colombia and The United States, which allow their investors very significant long-term returns. It also reviews the impact of the private equity real estate on the purchase, operation and management of this sector.
