Publicación El liderazgo consciente impulsado desde la Gerencia Social de Comfama : una posibilidad para la creatividad social y la innovación social en las empresas antioqueñas (2022-2024)(Universidad EAFIT, 2025) Aristizábal Ortiz, Guadalupe; García Duque, Camilo ErnestoThis research analyzes the impact of conscious leadership promoted by Comfama's Social Management on generating social creativity scenarios that foster social innovation in affiliated companies in Antioquia during the 2022-2024 period. In a global context characterized by volatility and uncertainty, organizations face the challenge of developing collective creative capabilities that transcend the individualistic paradigm. Through a qualitative exploratory approach and an interpretive collective case study design, the perceptions and experiences of six organizations intentionally selected for their sustained participation in Comfama's leadership programs were explored. The results show that conscious leadership acts as a catalyst for collective creative processes by fostering environments of trust, shared purpose, and diversity of perspectives. Facilitating factors were identified, such as the construction of shared meanings, validation of experimentation, and recognition of interdependence, as well as barriers related to traditional hierarchical structures and cultural resistance to paradigmatic change. This research provides an integrative conceptual framework for understanding the synergy between conscious leadership and social creativity, offering practical guidelines for organizations interested in strengthening their capacity for social innovation and contribution to local development.
