Conceptual frame of reference: The main conceptual axis of the situational analysis focuses on the understanding of what strategy is, the tools used to analyze the external and internal sectors, to then generate the situational analysis that allows the identification of the development strategies. Methodology: Based on previous theoretical models, we first collected information through semi structured interviews to experts. Afterwards analyzed how the external sector behaves making use of the previously collected data. Then analyzed the internal side of the organization and finally concluded elaborating the situational analysis. In order to identify this project feasibility; marketing, environment, technical, legal and financial studies will be conducted. The revenue depends on the online merchandising of massive short dated products with attractive discounts for consumers. In the same way, in this document are the conclusions reached through the analysis of the information collected from the consumer, where one of the most relevant findings is that the savings are perceived not only as a lower outlay of money, but as a everything, which includes saving time, shorter routes, and mainly not having to make as many decisions. All that in order to build a strategic marketing plan for one of its brands, which is aimed at the B2C segment, called ALÚ. This marketing plan has the purpose of targeting the needs of the company. They will be identified through an exhaustive study, taking into account the tools offered by different marketing theories, in order to scale its line of business and diversify its client portfolio, guaranteeing its sustainable and scalable growth.Ítem Prefactibilidad de un modelo de negocio e-commerce para los distribuidores tienda a tienda que venden las marcas de Brinsa en Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Villamarín Triviño, Claudia Ximena; Salazar Gómez, Francisco Javier; Giraldo Hernández, Gina MaríaThis project aims to solve a problem of product supply in corner stores; considering that distributors are the main suppliers of these stores and that currently due to the pandemic, it is difficult for them to reach the shopkeepers directly to sell their products, which represents significant losses in sales and migration of grocers to other purchasing channels where they can be supplied to fulfill their current task of being one of the main sources of supply for Colombian households. Taking as a premise the growing opportunity of electronic commerce in the country, this project wants to solve the problem mentioned previously through the creation of an e-commerce model for corner stores distributors in the country through which shopkeepers can place their orders directly, insure their products, do not have to wait until the visit of the distributor's salesperson to stock up and do not look for alternative purchases in substitute channels. Qualitative and quantitative studies were carried out that were finally summarized and analyzed in the financial study, resulting in the viability of a mobile application for shopkeepers, which will generate income through the online marketing of Brinsa cleaning products and will have reach for all distributors in Colombia, aiming at the permanent supply of shopkeepers.Ítem Rol de la tecnología en procesos logísticos y comerciales entre tiendas de barrio y distribuidoras de consumo masivo(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Vélez Mora, Juan David; Bedoya Cano, Jaime Andrés; Sanclemente Téllez, Juan CarlosÍtem Tv paga versus streaming : un análisis de los hábitos de consumo de entretenimiento audiovisual de los millennials en Bogotá(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Hernández Perea, Sergio; Londoño Vélez, Natalia; Uribe de Correa, Beatriz AmparoThe present work is a study on audiovisual entertainment consumption habits, comparing traditional television media against streaming services. In order to obtain the desired results, a survey was conducted on 54 millennials from Bogota. Prior to the results, the history of telecommunications is presented as the significant antecedent to the studied situation, and the current context of the field is analyzed with data from experts. Likewise, key terms that compose the research, such as consumption habits and marketing, are enunciated, and finally, the questionnaire questions and their respective results with conclusions are presented.
