In several cases, these investments are allocated in new marketing strategies that are more impactful to the consumer, image renewal, product reformulation to demonstrate greater utility or versatility to the end consumer, improvement of operational efficiency, among others, and very rarely they are implemented with the conviction of promoting and incorporating the ethics and social responsibility policies. This evolution process experienced by companies in general, promotes the development of proposals that are striking, motivating, risky, that incite the consumption of a product, and only in some cases seek to raise awareness of end users towards a more controlled, rational and correct consumption of resources. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a research that analyzes and critically evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of SAGRILAFT in Colombia, with respect to private companies in the real sector, considering the practical aspects of its formal implementation, the cooperation between the actors involved and the challenges they face. In addition, it is essential to examine the existing control mechanisms and propose recommendations to strengthen the system and improve its capacity to prevent and detect conduct related to ML/FT/AMLPF. The success of the amnesty, in terms of its effect on tax revenue and welfare, depends on the distribution of the gains from liberalization.
