Human management is the most important process or area to achieve strategic objectives, generating sustainable competitive advantages over time. The objective of this research is to contrast human resource management methodologies with the reality of the human resource management area of the company Ciproba and Colombian companies in the agri-food sector to finally design a human resource management area for the company's internationalization project.
