The mechanisms and tools that are implemented were objectively and subjectively analyzed, and in the literature was investigated about which ones can be used in the long term to protect it from generational changes and other intrinsic problems of this type of organization. Shortcomings such as nepotism and other vices were found that can lead to undesired results. Finally, there were made suggestions about the possible measures to be implemented to increase the chances of survival and some tools to verify their effectiveness. The mechanisms found are presented only as a suggestion, since it was found that there is no one effective way to guarantee the longevity of the company and implementing them is at the discretion of the organization.
