These elements positively influence the organization’s strategic management in achieving its defined goals, generating satisfaction across all levels and areas of the company, which in turn translates into continuous operational improvement and excellence in meeting users' needs. On the other hand, when dysfunctions arise within work teams, such as lack of trust among members, reluctance to take responsibility, fear of conflict, and reduced communication channels, work efficiency is hindered, creating a strained atmosphere that negatively impacts the work environment. (IVS) as a company, where three branches were opened in less than a year out of the four existing in eight years of operation, it has generated a lot of tension in the organizational climate. That is the reason for conducting this work: to identify the variables that influence the climate of IVS and evaluate the most important aspects that impact from the employees' perception, as well as proposing a human management model for all employees that aims to achieve corporate interests. To achieve the objectives of this research, a general and precise review was conducted on the importance of leadership in the organizational climate, delving into the different types of leadership described so far, and mentioning the factors that influence the climate of a company, different models, types, and dimensions, important variables that define how day-to-day life is experienced in an organization. Finally, two surveys were used to measure the organizational climate in IVS, which evidence employees' perception and provide the working basis for identifying variables that influence the company's climate and establishing a human management model.Publicación Caracterización de tensiones y conflictos en la interacción entre líderes y empleados en una empresa del sector productivo de la ciudad de Bogotá(Universidad EAFIT, 2018) Durán Rozo, Dany Arnulfo; Henao Galeano, Carlos MarioObjective: identify tensions and conflicts that emerge in the interaction between employees and company leaders in the productive sector, specifically in the production and commercial areas, in order to identify their influence in organizational climate and job performance -- Method: For the investigation a case study method was developed with a hermeneutic orientation, In addition to the above, the research is of a descriptive nature since the intention was to identify tensions and conflicts generated by the leaders of a productive sector organization in the city of Bogotá, to understand how the organizational climate and the work performance are affected, using the methodology of case study -- In order to achieve this purpose, semi-structured interviews were used as a data collection technique -- It is necessary to indicate that the information collected was subjected to an analysis process that allowed carrying out the projected objectives -- Instruments: tools were available to determine the causes that led to propose a research to identify tensions and conflicts generated by the leaders of an organization in the productive sector, in this case a question guide, an analysis matrix and an exercise in triangulation of information. One of the new strategies implemented by managers today who seek to improve quality of life and, at the same time, achieve optimal results with their employees, is Emotional Compensation. Theoretically, it means achieving employee happiness and satisfaction through benefits that can be intrinsic and extrinsic. As a result, organizations achieve more committed and more conscientious individuals. That is, it is also possible to align the personal, professional and family objectives of the employees with those of the organization. The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of Emotional Compensation on work motivation at the Private Committee for Childhood Assistance Corporation (Corporación Comité Privado de Asistencia a la Niñez) - PAN, from the employees’ perception of the organization, in order to submit a proposal for Emotional Compensation that allows the organization to reduce absenteeism, staff turnover and foster employees awareness and care for PAN.
