    Planteamiento del modelo de negocio para la empresa Sybeq

    This paper consists of the application of the methodology of the business models as proposed for the structuring and implementation of a new company called Sybeq which dedicates itself to the manufacturing, distribution, and sales of cosmetic products for horses -- In order to implement said methodology, a compilation of different business methods by different authors such as Llorens Bueno, Magretta and Osterwalder, in order to compare and choose the most appropriate methodology for Sybeq -- After the analysis of the business models a brief historic compilation was done on the domestication and importance of horses throughout human history in order to address the state of the industry and cosmetic products in the country and worldwide -- To conclude, take as a reference for the work the model created by Alexander Osterwalder or the Canvas model, as the most practical for the creation, but at the same time detailed and that resolves how the company will create and capture value and how it will give its proposed value to the client -- In this part, a mix was made between the opportunities thrown by the analysis of the sector and what is hoped to be achieved by the company, to reach themes like who will be the clients, how the communication will be between them, which distribution channels will be use, which key activities and the resources to be offered for the proposal value, to finally close whit the costs and how income will be generated -- This work, is to meet the requirements for the MBA program, and it has been a learning experience for the author and for the Start Up, in order to organize the ideas before starting the company, and it has been helpful to think which are the most important challenges to achieve a successful model and what will be the value proposal that is going to give the costumer in order to comply whit their necessities and satisfactions
