    This pre-feasibility analysis seeks to provide key preliminary elements for the proper creation of an eco-friendly car wash company for light vehicles under a home service delivery model in the city of Manizales, accompanied by AI-based solutions for process optimization. Those responsible for this study developed through various stages the necessary tools that allowed identifying the main characteristics of the car wash sector, user preferences and the entire legal, environmental, technical and organizational context required to provide the highest value scheme that promotes responsible financial developments. The methodology used for this study was descriptive with a mixed data analysis under the reference of the ONUDI methodology, which provided the possibility to carry out an adequate planning process and thus guarantee a correct evaluation of the project at the pre-feasibility level.
