For this purpose, a qualitative approach study, with a descriptive scope and non-experimental design is proposed, derived from a review of secondary sources (books, magazines and scientific articles). The model developed is made up of four dimensions, each of them integrated by two perspectives. Dimension one, planning, contemplates two perspectives: planning needs and planning methodologies; and emphasizes on demand control forecasts, the master production plan, and manufacturing capacity. The second dimension, procurement, presents purchases and inventories as its constitutive perspectives and highlights features associated with stock analysis and control and subcontracting. The third dimension, manufacturing processes, considers two perspectives: manufacturing capacity and operational efficiency; it refers to the identification of competitive priorities and production configurations. The fourth dimension, logistics management, focuses, from the service level and distribution perspectives, on issues related to process integration, reliability and service levels.Ítem Modelo de estandarización de compras de materias primas : caso Minera Providencia S.A.(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Méndez Borrero, Juan Camilo; Escalante Gómez, Juan EstebanÍtem Modelo de gestión para la mitigación de agotados : el caso Inverfin Asociados(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Valencia Giraldo, Maricela; Escalante Gómez, Juan EstebanÍtem Modelo de negociación de materias primas e insumos por categorías para Alco S. For this purpose, a study with a quantitative approach, descriptive scope and non-experimental design is proposed, in which 39 suppliers are evaluated based on their level of risk and importance for the organization. The constructed matrix proposes four categories: strategic (high financial impact – high supply risk), profitable/leveraged (high financial impact – low supply risk), habitual/routine (low financial impact – low supply risk) and critical (low financial impact – high supply risk), recognizing significant differences in terms of their acquisition and relationship logic. The results identify 14 strategic suppliers (69.6% of the annual purchase volume in COP), zero (0) usable (0.0% of the annual purchase volume in COP), six (6) habitual/routine (4.4% of the annual purchase volume in COP) and 19 critical (26.0% of the annual purchase volume in COP). In addition, they allow the formulation of specific supply strategies for each quadrant, according to financial impact and supply risk.Ítem Modelo de negociación y gestión de proveedores.
