Ítem Estilos de vida saludable y la relación con la tecnología(Universidad EAFIT, 2017) Buitrago Escobar, Santiago; Villegas Moreno, Carolina; Arias Salazar, Alejandro; Mejía Gil, María ClaudiaThe World Health Organization calls on the different countries on the need to develop campaigns and strategies to help reduce non-communicable chronic diseases, which are mainly caused by the lack of a healthy lifestyle and lack of practices of self-care, which are based on a good diet and a constant physical activity -- This research sought to know what the uses of people with a healthy lifestyle to technology, with the aim of understanding how the latter could contribute to healthy habits of life -- The research approach was mixed with descriptive level and its population were people from the city of Medellín, Colombia, between 25 and 35 years considered Millenials, strata 4, 5 and 6 that lead a healthy lifestyle -- Interviews were conducted with four experts, two focus groups and 216 surveys and then the analysis of the information -- In this research we explored questions such as: meaning of the concept of healthy lifestyle, the different variables that compose it, such as: food, physical activity and found a new component which is the sleeping variable -- This last variable was identified by the subjects of study as fundamental to be able to announce that a person leads a healthy lifestyle -- During the research, the behaviors characterizing the people mentioned above were recognized, what does the healthy lifestyle identified by them mean to them as a balance between body and mind from the three dimensions previously described and finally what is the use that give the technology where they found that they use the internet and social networks to follow influencers about this lifestyle that in many cases are not professionals -- At the same time, it was identified that the study subjects do not consider that to be able to carry this same are necessary devices that constantly measure their improvement, contrary to global trends found -- With this research we hope that health professionals who are looking for healthy life strategies from the use of technology, find relevant information that will lead them to enrich their research and strategies to help patients achieve a healthy lifestyle -- At the same time, we seek to help transform our society from the recognition of the implications of the use of technology in the day to day of people who lead a lifestyle like thisÍtem Estudio de prefactibilidad para la creación de un establecimiento de panadería sin azúcar en Pereira(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Hurtado Betancurt, Juan José; Salazar Gómez, Francisco Javier; Uribe Ochoa, Beatriz AmparoThis pre-invoicability study was carried out in order to assess and determine the feasibility of a company dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of sugar-free bakery and pastry products in Pereira. This idea of entrepreneurship arises from a marked tendency to the growing in the number of establishments and products that promote the consumption of healthy foods from a free supply of preservatives, sugar, and trans fats. For developing each stage of the study, different sources of information obtained from databases were consulted on websites of universities, digital newspapers, consulting companies, NGOs, bilateral economic agencies in Latin America, concepts of chancelleries and ministries of European and Asian countries. From the research carried out qualitative data were grouped that were analyzed and evaluated in the financial study, resulting in the non-viability of the project in the city of Pereira. Therefore, recommendations were made for the analysis of the cost structure, location of the premises and the city chosen to undertake the project, according to the segmentation parameters defined in the study.Ítem Modelo de negocios para la creación de un restaurante especializado en comida saludable, en Cartago, Valle del Cauca, en el año 2019(Universidad EAFIT, 2018) Duque Cardona, Daniela; Giraldo Hernández, Gina María; Giraldo Ortíz, Lady JanethThis business model is about a restaurant specialized in healthy food, in Cartago, Valle del Cauca, Colombia in 2019. It was developed using the Canvas methodology, through an exploratory-descriptive research, which allowed to know the needs and problems people have at lunch time, the target segment and the acceptance that potential customers have regarding the value proposition. It also allowed to validate the type of relationship with the clients, the channels to be used, the resources and key activities, the key alliances, the cost structure and the source of income for the company to be created. With all this, it was possible to structure a profitable, sustainable and scalable business model and, in this way, minimize risks for the entrepreneur.
