    Modelo de gestión humana para empresas outsourcing en Colombia

    The objective of the study to be carried out is to present a human management model suitable for the purpose of outsourcing companies. The methodology used in the investigative process will be of qualitative approach through documentary review and interviews to validate information according to the current needs of the Industry Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), resulting in a model that allows establishing the processes, tools and objectives to be promoted the human management area to generate relevant strategies and activities and appropriate to the organizations in question. This model makes it easier to understand the dynamics and characteristics of the processes of human management in companies where strategic aspects and objectives are different from those of traditional companies, while identifying the relevant processes for the fulfillment of said purposes.
