It is a company with high budget allocation to projects that seek the fulfillment of objectives aligned to the strategy of the organization, however, with evidence of inefficiencies in the execution of projects that give rise to the initiative to set up a project management office Aligned to the Global PMO constituted by the portfolio, methodological and project management PMOs found in the headquarters - Spain.
