Ítem Consecuencias jurídicas de promover la agricultura sostenible mediante proyectos sociales dirigidos a la comunidad rural de Cocorná, Antioquia(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Abad Londoño, Manuela; Toro Valencia, José AlbertoThe Colombian countryside concerns all of us Colombians who feed ourselves and benefit from its products, however, the population of rural areas of the country and specifically of Cocorná, Antioquia, face different problems on a daily basis for which many times they do not have an adequate solution. The purpose of this study is to identify these problems, analyze the possible solutions but also the perspective of the population under study, since it is clear that for a project to fulfill its objective and be efficient, the population must be willing to adopt it and the solution must be as pertinent and precise as possible. For a better understanding and study, the project will begin with the analysis of the second SDG, its implementation and respective legal consequences, as well as the impact and participation of the private sector to achieve the proposed objectives. It will also be essential to study Cocorná, its population and main characteristics of everything related to the agricultural sector. The analysis of the methodologies and their application in the population under study will also be part of the work and this part of the research will require interviews and field research in order to obtain first hand information that will be relevant when examining the legal consequences that arise from the application of these tools. It is expected that this work will end with the conclusion that after studying how the impact and compliance of a soft law standard works, the legal consequences of implementing the methodologies studied will comply with what is highlighted in the second SDG in its section "promoting sustainable agriculture", it will be contributing to the achievement of a soft law standard.
