Ítem Estudio de prefactibilidad para la tercerización de los procesos del laboratorio químico In Situ en el proyecto minero Aris Mining Marmato(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) González Pérez, Liyen Lucía; Uribe Marín, Ricardo; Uribe de Correa, Beatriz AmparoThis paper aims to analyze the results of a research exercise that seeks to evaluate the feasibility of outsourcing the internal chemical laboratory currently operating in the company Aris Mining Marmato. By means of a descriptive methodology, it is intended to highlight the relevant aspects that help to make more financially profitable decisions. Performing a contextual analysis of the behavior of the world economy and the challenges faced by the mining sector in the environmental, socio-cultural and political spheres, the best scenario for the operation of the laboratory is identified, guaranteeing the quality of its services and response time. To determine the feasibility of the outsourcing development, this work proposed two proposals, in which the operation and investment costs of an outsourced laboratory by an external company, in this case SGS Colombia, were analyzed, and to compare the operation and investment costs of an internal laboratory, adapting both proposals to meet the demand of 15,000 samples per month, based on the project evaluation theories: environmental, market, technical, legal and financial-economic study.Ítem Modelo de estructura y gestión : el caso Citycar(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Toro Restrepo, Sirley Paola; Urrea González, Deisy Johana; Escalante Gómez, Juan EstebanÍtem Estrategia de negocio para el Crypto Card Program en Bitpoint/ Business strategy for the Crypto Card Program at Bitpoint(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Geovo Morales, Oscar Julián; Delgado Restrepo, Ricardo de Jesús; Uribe de Correa, Beatriz AmparoÍtem Propuesta de asignación de un bono garantizado por resultados para los colaboradores de Núcleo Constructora S. Telemedicine could be an alternative way of enhancing the access to medical specialties. This Project evaluated the pre-factibility of creating a medical center with coverage in various towns of Antioquia and with a wide usage of telemedicine, to facilitate the access of patients of the rural areas of the department, to specialized attention. To evaluate the feasibility of such institution, secundary sources of public access were reviewed, and with them, were elaborated the following studies: environment analysis, market research, administrative and juridical analysis. The gathered information was compiled and used to make financial projections, and it was concluded that, for a 5 year period, with the great capital expenditure required for the functioning of three peripheral centers of operations and the headquarters in Medellin, the implementation of an enterprise as the one that was proposed in this project is not feasible. Also, the uncertain environment that is surrounding the healthcare sector in Colombia and specifically, with the projected reforms of the healthcare system, the risk increases exponentially, making unfeasible the proposed medical center. It is possible that, with a longer time horizon and in an environment with lower uncertainty, the project might be feasible, but that is out of the scope of this paper.Ítem Diseño de un plan exportador para la empresa Envassa S.A.S.(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Rodríguez Gallego, Jenny Andrea; Zúñiga Raigoza, Jaime AlbertoÍtem Análisis de la valorización causada por Planeación Municipal con el proyecto Parques del Río Medellín en el barrio Conquistadores(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Agudelo Torres, Jorge Enrique; Valencia Trujillo, Gilberto; Giraldo Hernández, Gina MaríaÍtem Más allá del pañal : un estudio sobre el comportamiento en la categoría de cuidado del bebé por parte del público objetivo de Pampers en Bogotá, Medellín y el Área Metropolitana de Barranquilla(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Pachecho González, María Carolina; Trochez Avendaño, María Adelaida; Ortega Álvarez, Ana MaríaÍtem Análisis de viabilidad para la operación terrestre del CEDI Monserrate en Bogotá : el caso Disfarma GC S. To meet the established objectives, research was carried out to establish a framework for study and analysis of the different dimensions of labor well-being that must be considered when the work mechanism includes teleworking, whether in full-time or part-time mode. Once a clear conceptual framework was defined, a study was carried out with a quantitative approach through a survey that would allow collecting information on the perception of an established population group regarding the variables that would analyze the 9 dimensions for an evaluation model of the impact of the teleworking in occupational well-being. People from different types of companies within the ICT sector in Bogotá – Colombia participated in this survey. The results obtained through the analysis of the survey data made it possible to identify key aspects of the impact of teleworking on work well-being, such as some aspects being more relevant for women and men, and where they stand out as aspects with greater alteration due to the teleworking, interpersonal relationships, work overload and occupational illnesses. The analysis of the different dimensions opens the door to subsequent research that allows the impact and possible paths to remedy the effects of teleworking on workplace well-being to be measured in detail.Ítem Diseño de un estudio de pre-factibilidad para la creación de una institución prestadora de servicios de salud ambulatorios en el manejo de EPOC y Asma, en la ciudad de Tuluá(Universidad EAFIT, 2026) Carmen Londoño, Lina Natalia; Uribe de Correa, Beatriz Amparo; Salazar Gómez, Francisco JavierThe conduct of this study aims to determine the prefeasibility of the creation of a Pulmonology Unit or IPS that is dedicated to the outpatient care of patients with COPD and ASTHMA in the city of Tuluá (Valle del Cauca), analyzing the external environment through the PESTEL tool, as well as internal conditions of technical, administrative, legal, environmental, organizational, and financial elements. The development of this work was based on the consultation of secondary sources such as medical research works, medical guides, scientific journals, websites of national and international health organizations, academic texts and books, as well as sources of current national information. Thanks to the data collected, the necessary projections and budgets were built to determine the viability of the project, finding that in an optimistic and probable scenario, the project can be executed as long as the income projections are met, as well as compliance of the cost and expense budget.Ítem Propuesta de modelo de gobierno corporativo para MiPymes en Colombia : un enfoque para la sostenibilidad empresarial(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Puerta García, Felipe; Camacho Florez, Alejandra María; Rivas Montoya, Luz MaríaIn the Colombian business context, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), which constitute most of the companies, face notable fragility in their long-term survival. This study seeks to propose a corporate governance model adapted to these realities, exploring the challenges and internal motivations that drive changes in this type of organizations. Through interviews and conducting a focus group with managers of five MSMEs, a marked diversity is observed in organizational structures, goals, and challenges in decision-making. These findings highlight the need for a more structured approach to assertively address the challenges that organizations face every day. These results highlight that traditional definitions of corporate governance do not adjust to the particularities of MSMEs in Colombia, due to the variability in their organizational structures. The implementation of an adapted corporate governance is proposed as a strategic recommendation, providing a solid framework to face challenges and facilitate informed and conscious decision-making. This proposal is presented as an alternative to promote sustainability and organizational development in the field of Colombian MSMEs.Ítem Estudio de prefactibilidad para abrir una compañía de flipping inmobiliario en Estados Unidos(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Zuluaga Álvarez , Miguel Angel; Márquez Agudelo, Juan Manuel; Gómez Salazar, Elkin ArcesioThe dynamics of compendies have changed as a result of globalization, which means that entering foreign markets is crucial for the growth and survival of businesses. This reform has caused significant changes that have affected various sectors of the economy in one way or another, including the increase in the income tax collection in the middle class, which in the framework of the research is the working class that receives more than 15 million pesos in its monthly income, and according to the analysis of the survey this affects between 12% and 30% of the net income of the employee based on the salary base, if a parallel is made between the before and after the application of the reform. With the support of CEMEX managers from different branches, we managed to identify an opportunity that is based on the exception of the article 29-1 of the tax reform, referring to the collective payments low conditions such as being upheld by agreement with union and no union employees, which allows to generate a monetary benefit towards the employee and could be a tool for talent retention for the organizations, in this work we go into investigating in depth this opportunity, in order to be able to create a tax optimization scheme within the legal framework, for organizations and their employees that manage to benefit both parties.
