The main purpose of this research is to systematize the experiences within the framework of the Kunta Kinte International Film Festival of the Carabantú Corporation in order to learn about its contribution to local development and to the innovation and social transformation of the Afro-descendant population of the city of Medellín. A research with a qualitative approach, integral hermeneutic scope, was carried out through the hypothetical-deductive method, based on the systematization of experiences and the collection of information through the application of semi-structured interviews to seven actors involved in the process carried out by the Corporation, including one of its founders. From the results referenced in this research, it is concluded that the experiences of the Carabantú Corporation throughout its history have contributed to the vindication of the Afro-descendant population of the city of Medellin, along with the recognition and dignification of their fundamental rights; all this, through ethno-educational projects based on film and its Afro-community film festival that has been held in recent years, with the audiovisual products made by the participants of these projects. Likewise, although some social problems still persist, its contributions to local development and social innovation are represented in the collaborative work with other social organizations and with different public entities, with which it has managed to strengthen the institutional framework for the benefit of this population, for the improvement of their quality of life and the strengthening of their collective memory.

The research systematizes the experiences of support for productive competitiveness in four population centers in the departments of Lima and Huánuco. Procompite is an initiative aimed at improving the socio-economic well-being of high poverty areas through the implementation of sustainable businesses that improve the productive chain in the places where they are implemented. The strategic actors involved in the implementation are the regional and local governments, the Economically Organized Associations (AEO), as well as alliances with public or private institutions. The research has determined a set of results that would be limiting the successful implementation of Procompite; thus, in the case of regional and local governments, the lack of processes that integrate the areas responsible for implementation constitutes one of the main factors of its failure. In the associations, the level of articulation of these with the market in which the businesses are implemented is low given that the products and/or services they provide do not have an adequate market study that allows for sustainable business growth; the lack of a policy for monitoring and monitoring the businesses implemented means that most of these are not sustainable, which results in no improvement in the socio-economic well being of the members of the AEOs. The welfare nature that Procompite provides to initiate the business means that associations do not seek to maximize their profitability but simply seek the benefit that comes from the delivery of equipment and services by regional or local governments.

To this end, the conceptualization of revolving funds as an alternative for social and financial inclusion is taken into consideration, followed by a description of the characteristics and operation of the program under consideration, as well as an analysis of its impacts under two dimensions: economic and social. Based on this, opportunities and recommendations for the program are proposed.

This thesis project for the Master in Social Management, is a case study, which, from the qualitative approach of the research, analyzes the Public Policy for the attention and integral reparation of victims of the armed conflict, for the period 2013-2015 , in Bajo Cauca Antioquia. To achieve this, it was determined pertinent to carry out a documentary review on the norm from the generality (Colombia) and in relation to the context of Bajo Cauca Antioquia. Subsequently, a single component of the comprehensive policy - income generation - is assumed for the investigation, which aims to be deepened in terms of occurrence, development, efficiency and impact. To this end and understanding the victims as the target population, stratified random non-probabilistic sampling is used with the intention of forming focus groups in each of the six municipalities that make up Bajo Cauca. Finally, through direct observation, the semi-structured interview and the life story, the necessary information was collected that would allow the specific objectives of the research to be fulfilled and subsequently its general objective. As transcendental conclusions of the process can be stated, initially that Law 1448 of 2011 has a profound dichotomy, from its inspired wording to its necessary, vital and non-negotiable execution, this situation may be preceded by the fact that the policy was not agreed with the groups of victims organized at a territorial level and in these terms it does not correspond to a real correction of their needs. Additionally, from a scenario of reparation for victims, which is still in conflict, elements such as control of the territory and participation are difficult, situations that call into question the guiding principles of politics: reparation, justice and peace. . The intention of the document, in addition to its analytical character of the norm, is also to assume a reflexive position of real influence on the reality of the victims in Bajo Cauca in particular, and in Colombia, in general terms. For the exercise of investigating must and has to fulfill a function of transforming the problematic phenomena that they prevent human beings from achieving the development of their capacities, improving their quality of life and promoting the concept of happiness. Whatever your idea of it. Two models of intervention to the problem are proposed, taking into account the organizations, "organizational capacity index" and business capacity through "business strengthening for victims". The organizational capacity index has as its fundamental objective the strengthening of managerial, administrative, financial, relationship and management capacities of the victims' organizations. To achieve this, it is necessary to carry out a diagnostic approach through the Organizational Capacity Index, a quantitative measurement tool, which from 1 to 3 measures the managerial, administrative, financial, management and internal relationship levels. Once the diagnostic basis is obtained, the area to be strengthened and the issues that should be addressed will be identified with it. This business strengthening will be carried out through a participatory, playful, reflective and experiential strategy. The business strengthening proposal for victims merges financial and non-financial services, contrasting the offer of credit with training in business development and personal autonomy. Financial services are developed through individual and group loans, each one with their respective training processes. Finally, the offer of non-financial services is framed within the human development program and the business development program with a focus on victims and victims. sustainability strategies

Rural productive businesses in Colombia are organizations with extensive contributions to society that are evidenced in changes related to economic development, job creation, wellbeing for the poorest population, conservation of ecosystems and biodiversity, among others. There is rarely a measurement that provides quantitative information on these contributions, for this reason the present thesis takes up and applies some measurement principles of the methodology of social return on investment -SROI- adapted to a document or tool that is easily applicable by of entrepreneurs or rural productive businesses, which serves as a self-management resource and a first step to incorporate impact measurement into their business model. The exercise takes as its target population the ventures or companies linked in the implementation stage of the En-Campo program, led by Fundación Grupo Bancolombia, because these are organizations that have been strengthened and accompanied for management based on the positive impact on society. An identification process of contributions or benefits was carried out based on research and dialogue with rural companies; a prioritization based on its relevance and affinity with the target organizations; a quantitative estimate of benefits and adaptation to an easily applicable resource. Although the results that the tool or resource will produce are not the precise calculation of the social return on investment, they do generate valuable information regarding the aspects of greatest social contribution and management opportunities.

In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in understanding the social and environmental impact resulting from business actions, alongside the traditional economic-financial analysis. Non-profit entities are now expected to demonstrate their contribution to creating social value and their ability to bring about change. In this context, the Social Return on Investment (SROI) methodology has emerged, enabling the measurement and quantification of the impact generated by social interventions. This project aims to analyze the application of SROI in a specific case within the social field, focusing on the subsidy #comeresprimero managed by Comfama - Caja de Compensación Familiar de Antioquia. The project outlines all the necessary elements for calculating the SROI, aiming to determine the rate of social return. This calculation allows us to assess the social value generated by the subsidy and its contribution to reducing hunger levels in Antioquia. Furthermore, it seeks to understand the consumption patterns of specific food groups among the beneficiary groups, which consist of formal workers from Antioquia with low income levels and, consequently, live in a condition of economic vulnerability.
