The Public Housing Policy with a differential approach, for the Municipality of La Pintada - Antioquia, is formulated starting from the insufficiency of adequate housing and the vulnerability of the habitat, which are the reflection of the difficult economic and social situation that lives 38.7% of the population of this municipality -- Placing objectives aimed at the solution, and using the analysis of housing deficit (qualitative and quantitative), to synthesize the flaws in housing and habitat in the local order -- The work answers the question: What is the best public policy alternative to achieve a significant reduction of the quantitative and qualitative housing deficit that affects the population in conditions of poverty and extreme poverty in the municipality of La Pintada - Antioquia ? -- The design - formulation - of a public policy of Housing and Habitat for the Municipality of La Pintada is made, which considers the specificities of the territory and the rights of the vulnerable population as a priority, as the best alternative solution to achieve reducing the housing deficit local, raising the living conditions of the Municipality -- For the construction of the policy, research, action, participation - IAP - techniques were used, and information was collected through surveys, which were processed statistically, in order to infer the current problems and define the most viable alternatives in terms of Public politics

La Política Pública de Vivienda con Enfoque Diferencial, para el Municipio de la Pintada – Antioquia, se formula partiendo de la insuficiencia de viviendas adecuadas y la vulnerabilidad del hábitat, que son el reflejo de la difícil situación económica y social que vive el 38.7% de la población de este municipio -- Se platean objetivos orientados a la solución, y se utiliza el análisis de déficit habitacional (cualitativo y cuantitativo), para sintetizar las falencias en vivienda y hábitat en el orden local -- El trabajo responde a la pregunta ¿Cuál es la mejor alternativa de política pública para lograr una reducción significativa del déficit cuantitativo y cualitativo de vivienda que afecta a la población en condiciones de pobreza y de pobreza extrema del Municipio de La Pintada – Antioquia? -- Se hace el diseño – formulación de una Política Pública de Vivienda con Enfoque Diferencial para el Municipio de La Pintada, que considera las especificidades del territorio y los derechos de la población vulnerable prioritariamente, como la mejor alternativa de solución para lograr reducir el déficit de vivienda local, elevando las condiciones de vida del municipio -- Para la construcción de la política se utilizaron técnicas de investigación, acción, participación – IAP -, y recolección de información a través de encuestas, las cuales se procesaron estadísticamente, para poder inferir sobre la problemática actual y definir las alternativas más viables en materia de política pública
