After evaluating those that have been implemented in major companies in the region of Antioquia and that can be considered successful because of the impact it has had on the lives of their employees and the overall performance of the company. Through the study and observation of such practices along with semi-structured interviews directed to the ones in charge and those that execute them at different levels inside the organization. It is important to understand which are the crucial factors that make up the best practices of human resources in the company and why they are considered important by the team members. The analysis of the information collected allows to understand the different factors among practices and develop ways to implement them in other relevant organizations. This is because of the importance that every person has inside such organizations, given that nowadays, people are considered the organization's most important capital. Because of this, it is key to support them and guide them to achieve their own goals making them compatible to those of the organization.
