Con el fin de lograr dicho objetivo, se explicará el funcionamiento del Sistema Nacional del Deporte y del Sistema Internacional del Fútbol. En segundo lugar, se analizarán las normas que regulan a las entidades sin ánimo de lucro, entendiendo que la DIMAYOR es una de ellas. Posteriormente, se estudiarán los incentivos económicos que podrían tener los clubes para separarse de la DIMAYOR. Por último, se determinará la viabilidad económica y jurídica de realizar dicha desafiliación con el fin de crear una competencia nueva.The purpose of this research paper is to study the legal and economic feasibility of the disaffiliation of some professional football clubs from DIMAYOR to create an independent league. In order to achieve this objective, the functioning of the National Sports System and the International Football System will be explained.
