Así, se presenta un análisis del mandato de protección constitucional vigente que destaca los principales avances y dificultades en la protección al derecho fundamental a la salud de dicha población en los últimos años, en contraste con las reglas jurisprudenciales establecidas en Colombia en este ámbito para la población extranjera y previas al reciente fenómeno migratorio.The present paper evidences an exercise of critical review of the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court regarding the fundamental right to health of the migrant population from Venezuela in Colombia.
