Calderón Villegas, Martín2020-09-032020http://hdl.handle.net/10784/17620En este trabajo se presenta un estudio que tenía como fin de evaluar si un proyecto de generación de energía fotovoltaica en la ciudad de Pereira cumplía con los requerimientos del modelo de project finance y, además, si era el adecuado para financiar la estructura requerida, comparado con un método de financiamiento convencional. Como metodología, se adelantó una revisión bibliográfica de la generación de energía fotovoltaica, los beneficios del método project finance y la financiación tradicional evaluada con Ke. A su vez, se hace una recopilación de datos, se desarrolla un proceso cuantitativo y se estructura un modelo financiero convencional y un modelo de project finance, para hacer un comparativo entre ambos métodos. Como resultado, se concluye que el modelo tradicional es el más eficiente, derivado de sus mejores métricas, y que el proyecto es viable si hace parte de una compañía y se acoge a los beneficios tributarios.In the present work, a study with the aim of evaluating if a photovoltaic energy generation project in the city of Pereira met the requirements of the project finance model is carried out, and moreover, if it was the one adequate to finance the structure required, compared with a conventional financing method. As a methodology, a bibliographic review of the generation of photovoltaic energy, benefits of the project finance method and traditional financing treated with Ke was carried out. In turn, a data collection is carried out, a quantitative process is developed, and a conventional financial model and a model project finance are structured, to make a comparison between both methods.
